Vigil Voice AI LLC ("we," "us") operates an AI phone receptionist that answers calls, schedules appointments, and logs leads for small businesses ("Services"). Questions: privacy@vigilvoiceai.com.

Information we collect

• Account and business information you provide (name, email, phone, business details).
• Google Calendar free/busy data (scope: calendar.freebusy), used to find open appointment times.
• Google Calendar events (scope: calendar.events), used to create, update, and cancel appointments. We access only the connected account's calendar, and only for these purposes.
• Booking information callers provide during calls (name, phone, email, appointment details).

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the Services: checking your calendar availability, booking and managing appointments on your behalf, sending confirmations, and logging leads. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Google API Limited Use

Vigil Voice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell or transfer it except to provide the Services or as required by law, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security or legal reasons, or when the data is aggregated or anonymized.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, telephony, calendar, and email providers), under contracts limiting their use of it. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage, security, and retention

We store data on secured infrastructure and encrypt access tokens at rest and in transit. We retain information while your account is active and delete it on request or after account closure.

Your choices

You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access, or revoke it directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact privacy@vigilvoiceai.com.
